I've used both. It really depends on the context and the words that come before and after it in the sentence. Different words sound "better" with "either" pronounced as "eye-ther" or "ee-ther."

As English is not my native language, either is one of these words where I always think that my pronunciation is WRONG, however I pronounce it....I still haven't figured out what the RIGHT pronunciation is!

I say ee-ther. Primarily for the reason shown in the last sentence of this quote:

The pronunciation /ˈaɪðɚ/ "eye-ther" is associated with British English and Canadian English, but it is not universal in either place or in Australian English and other dialects that take their lead from British English. It is also found in the U.S., especially in New England, although many Americans will regard it as an affectation.

Around here, one is just considered pretentious if they pronounce it "eye-ther". I tend to look at such people suspiciously and assume they are pretending to be something that they're not - until proven otherwise.
