oh wow, I would never expect me to adore Penny and Desmond's relationship. It gives me the chills. I was always a Kate and Sawyer fan, they're the super gorgeous couple, but the other 2 are so romantic, it's amazing.

Remember, though, Ben intends to kill Penny as revenge for Alex' murder, so that romance may end a tragedy...

yup...that is not going to be a sail-away-happily-into-the-sunset storyline for them.

I'm still holding out hope that Jin is alive.

Why did Sun goes to Widmore(sp?)? Did she know that Ben killed the guy and that activated the bomb? how did she know that?

I didnt see any sun burn on any of the survivors.. especially the baby he's soooo WHITE! lol

I think Locke get off the island and he communicate with the other ''survivors'', that's how Sun knows. As for the Jeremy, it's probably a fake name so people won't know Locke got off the island and died.

And their love story ending in tradegy, who knows? Maybe they kill Ben before that. And if she dies, it'll be another love story with a tragic ending like Romeo and Juliet

Well, I've just watched it and WOW! Loved it. Skip the rest of this post if you haven't seen it yet.

My thoughts?

Well, obviously Locke didn't want Jack to leave - he told him so at the Orchid station before the island got "moved". So, I guess he got off the island (as we know that The Others can do this) and spent a serious amount of time trying to get the "Oceanic 6" back to the island.

I reckon Charles Widmore found him and knocked him off.

Sayid (who is working for Ben) has now got Hurley (in a safe place) and is probably in the process of trying to get everyone back together to return to the island. Sayid now has nothing to stay for as his wife is dead.

I am SO pleased it wasn't Ben who was in the coffin (did think the BENtham surname was put in to throw us off the scent!). Ben is FABULOUS and the best character in the show - when he and Locke are together onscreen the chemistry is fantastic. To kill him off (at this point) would be criminal. And Desmond and Penelope...awww! As long as Desmond stays hidden, he'll be safe. But, does the island need him to return too?

Anyway, can't wait for next season now!

then we have that one chick, the one that was with Daniel saying she wanted to stay... something about looking for where she was born. could it be she will know Ben off for killing her parents?

I know some people who are complaining about it and have almost totally gone off on the show... I really don't understand that.. do people want everything tied up neatly with a big red bow or something??

Wow I'm so happy to have a LOST thread:)

Correct me if I misunderstood something but Desmond is not off the island right? I thought he watned to stay with Penelope because as he said "he's got her so its all he needs" or something like that.

I think Jin is "dead" as he blew up with C4. Only way he could have gotten off was if he jumped off the boat before the explosion and swim back to the island (if the island had not moved yet).

However, as everyone knows by now, people never die on the island. Maybe Sun will see a vision of Jin on the island so he'd still be "living". Remember the episode that had them at the press conference. Jin was not there but Sun was. And the reporters asked Sun did your husband die on the island? She said yes. But we now know that they need to not tell anyone about the island because they need to protect the survifvors. So maybe Sun did not tell them Jin was alive because she thinks he really is alive? Anyways Jin and Sun were my favorite couple:)

That's kind of what I said when Penny and Desmond got back together. I was like: awww at least there is one happy couple. But then I also said: obviously they don't have the kind of problem most people got through after not seeing each other for years and feeling a bit awkward before they kiss.

Jin... I was so pissed off that he didn't get to climb in the helicopter. Sure I knew he wouldn't get back to the mainland, but non the less. As for Sun, I have no clue. She is either pretending and working on a trap for Widmore or else she is really seeking revenge.

I also think Ben had Said's wife killed so he could use him.

Locke, well, if Ben and other Island people could make it out of there so can he.

I find it interesting that the Others always need someone from the outside to guide them. They can travel obviously so why would they need someone else? I wonder.

Now the interesting thing is that Ben wants them all back on the Island but Claire told Kat she doesn't want her son to be back there.... I wonder why.

lots of people died on the island, the french lady, her daughter and the bf, shannon and her brother, the pilot of the original flight, I can keep naming people. How about the 2 that were buried alive?

the island only brings people back to life that it wants to be alive...

see with Michael, the island didn't want him to die because it had a job for him and then once he had did the job Jack's dad appeared before him right before the bomb exploded and said you can go now..
