I have to say it, but Charles enjoys 6 feet under? I just can't see that somehow. I guess I'll have to broaden the pigeonhole I have put him in.

I was watching the episode last night from last season while cutting my neighbors hair- he had never watched it before and was always asking questions- trying to explain the show to someone who has never watched it is pretty frustrating.

My husband has never watched it either so I'm hoping while its on tonight he will find something else to do or at least not ask a bunch of questions about it if he does watch it with me.

I couldn't imagine trying to start watching it for the first time from this point...even WITH the "catch-up" episodes...

I dislike when people say they don't like the show because it doesn't make sense and then they go on to say that they have only watched an episode here and there...

this is a show that you have to watch every single minute of it in order for it to make sense...

I guess you guys on the East Coast are watching Lost right now. We still have some time here so hopefully someone will post a preview to what the heck I will be watching. If I didn't have TVo, I would have been confused last night trying to read the blips at the bottom of the screen and listen to the show at the same time.

I totally agree- my mom and sister were huge fans of Lost from the beginning- I saw a few minutes here and there and honestly I thought it was a dumb, crazy show. My sister bought seasons 1 and 2 on DVD and I decided to give the show a try- I went through both seasons in a week end. I was a fiend!

Mel did good during the show- all of his buddies at work were talking about Lost all day so that got Mel interested.

yeah, I guess I fall into that category too I didn't start watching the show until after the first season had already aired because I thought it looked stupid, I didn't watch any of the episodes though I was just going by the previews... but I was bored so I decided to give it a try... I didn't want to get hooked on this show at all, so didn't watch it from the beginning. Then people said it was so good and we also wound up watching season 1 & 2 within about 2 weeks right before the 3rd season. I'm very glad for the catch-up episodes. Last night's was good as well. Now I feel all those little sniggly uncertain bits make more sense.

I want to see more of the black smoke this season...

Well I guess it has fuc*ed up people he enjoys it, just like Nip/Tuck. We watched the last 2 episodes of the third season last night while I was waiting to watch Lost and now we're heading for season 4. Thank God Lisa finally died she was driving me
