Make sure you are including the W2s with your tax returns. are you applying for AP? it's included in the AOS cost, and if your green card is delayed for any reason you can still travel.

Is joint sponsor a member of same household, that is a dependent? I-864A is used only by a member of same household, like a spouse, or son/daughter. Or in the case of a Joint sponsor like a parent, the joint may use a member of their household like a spouse.

Joint sponsor in most cases fills out an I-864 too.

NOTE: If income exceeds 125% povertyline, then asset like real-estate documents do not need to be provided. Support has to do with income, and if assets are used the asset needs to be liquid, and easily converted to cash, a home tends to be hard to convert into cash.

If you entered on a K-3 visa try to file I-485 close to 2nd wedding anniversary, but not more that a year past visa medical. If the green-card is approved after 2nd year wedding anniversary you should get an UN-Conditional 10 year green-card.

If your visa medical was more than a year ago, you will need to see a civil surgeon and get another medical done.

Lastly you need to include an I-693A vaccination supplement with the I-485 if visa medical was less than a year ago. You need to take vaccination record transfered to the supplement by a US Civil Surgeon.

K-3 is a multi entry visa and does not need AP, this is noted in the I-131 directions.

It is recommended to get IRS transcripts, this way things like (1040/1099/W2) are not needed.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Front and back of I-94

Do we strictly follow the instructions for I-765?

The instructions form on page 6, section 2.A says you don't need to submit copy of I-94 if you are filing under © (9) which I presume are most people on this board.

Why is everyone submitting I-94 documents for EAD? Has anyone received an RFE for not submitting?
