with CR1 entering US but after two years of marriage?

Hello,everyone,I am new to here.my husband and I will go America after two years of our anniversary.I got CR1 early,we heared by the law of immigration,we should get permanent green card on grounds of our two years of marriage span,and even can just change the status into 1R1 at the airport you enter in US.does someone know about that?or have the similar experience?

There's no such thing as a permanent green card. There's a 2 year card, and a 10 year card. Usually if you've been married more than 2 years you'd get the 10 year card.

Make sure you have marriage cert handy when entering the country using the visa, show the marriage cert to the POE officer and they will code you for the UN-Conditional 10 year green-card.
