Make an Infopass appointment and go talk to an IO.

there is an specific option for this through infopass "You are a new Permanent Resident and have not yet received your Permanent Resident Card " (it's after the screen when you enter your zip code).

did you try to call the Customer Service line first? Maybe the GC was undeliverable and was sent back to USCIS.

My card was sent back because I did not have my name on the mail box. When I called them they told me that and resent my GC which I got 1 week later.

i talked to a supervisor she told me that they sent the card in october 25th i dindt get it and she told me they didnt get it back either.

Must be lost in the mail. in this case u need to file for a new card.
