Yes.. it is out of control...

However on a funnier note, my friend was on a flight to france and sparked up a conversation with a french lady on the plane and he asked her "Est-ce on adjoute les preservatifs dans le pain en france?" ... he wanted to say "Do they add preservatives in bread in france?" But... what he really said was "Do they add condoms in bread in france?" many chuckled around him lol

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Glad to live in a place with lots of natural and tasty food to choose from.

I can't imagine having fast food all the time and not eating my everyday (not microwave cooked) rice, beans, chicken and salad. I also love the fact you can pretty much find any fruit you want and they're not expensive at all.

Fast food/pizza is okay every now and then but I feel dirty if I eat it more than once or twice a week. ;)

OUR COMPLETE TIMELINE

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!

--- Wish us luck!!! ---

ditto

I could never eat like that, like my Charles buys everything already prepared lol he says ''i'll go get something to eat'' and comes back after 2 minutes. When i say i'm gonna get something to eat i need at least 30 minutes to prepare something, i don't just open a can and put in the microwave. And the fruits and vegetables we can get in Brazil so easily i'm sure i'll miss when i'm in the states, but what don't we do for love? I just won't start eatting fast food 24/7 because i don't want to gain weight, as they're very caloric, I try to avoid here, for me once a week tops, never more than that.

He used to get annoyed when it took me 30/40 min to cook something instead of just 5! At least it's more natural and it tastes just as good when you're a good cook!

I think everything tastes better when you don't use the microwave. When you cook you can add flavor, when you buy the food ready they are different. I prefer to cook.
