we just got our case number today from NVC!!! YAY! :energetic: :dancing:

04/25/08 - Arrived in Seattle!

05/18/08 - Wedding day

05/21/08 - Registered our marriage license

05/29/08 - Applied for SSN

06/06/08 - SS card received by mail

06/23/08 - AOS + EAD + TD sent via FedEx

06/26/08 - Package received at Chicago

06/30/08 - NOA 1

07/03/08 - Biometrics Appointment Notice for AOS + EAD received by mail

07/22/08 - 8:00AM, Biometrics taken at USCIS Seattle

09/04/08 - EAD approval notice received through email, card production in process

09/04/08 - touch

09/05/08 - I-512L, Authorization for Parole of an Alien Into the United States received in MAIL

09/09/08 - touch

You are not alone GeoStefan I called them yesterday twice and they told me they didn't get it yet and you and I are approved the same day. I hope both of our petitions get to NVC together, all we can do now is be patient.

Our Timeline:

08/20/07-----Mailed I-129F to CSC

08/21/07-----Recieved at CSC

09/26/07-----NOA1

02/06/08-----Touched (RFE Trick) and approved the same day.

02/07/08-----NOA2 VIA Cris E-mail

02/11/08-----NOA2 Hard Copy Recieved

02/25/08-----Received at NVC

02/27/08-----Left NVC

03/03/08-----Received at Embassy

04/03/08-----Interview! APPROVED!!! YEA YEA YEAH

04/08/08-----VISA In Hand!!!! WOOOO HOOOO!!!

04/18/08-----She's finally coming home POA IAD!!!

Well.. I called NVC again this morning...I got through about 5 times but hung up loll :blink: before I talked to anyone because I was affraid to get someone rude and speaking way to fast loll :blush:

Then later on I decided to try again and for real this time lol...So I've been told that our case isnt in teir system yet. :(

BUT ...the service was amazing.. the lady was so nice ,polite and comprehensive. she spoke slowly and she even felt the deception in my voice to which she said "it will come"...I thanked her and she replied " your very welcome" and wished me a good day.

So :thumbs: up for that and that just made my day :D

I called today also and still nothing... She said to allow 2-4 weeks for them to receive the petition from USCIS.. :cry::wacko:

September 18,2007 ---> Sent I-129F to California Service Center

September 20 ---> USCIS sent out a recepit(NOA1)

I never received the envelop with NOA1..( I think it got lost)

September 24 ---> Check Cashed

September 25 ---> TOUCHED

December 4 ---> I called USCIS and they gave me the receipt number...

FEBRUARY 7, 2008 WE WERE APPROVED!!!!! 142 days from filling date.

February 22, 2008 NVC RECEIVED OUR PETITION. YEY

February 26, 2008 Was sent out to the embassy. OMG!!!

February 28,2008 PETITION DELIVERED IN BUCHAREST AT THE EMBASSY.

February 29,2008 Police Certificate

March 6 Received packet 3

March 20 Interview

MARCH 20 VISA IN HAND

April 5,2008 US ENTRY

April 21,2008 Applied for SSN

April 29,2008 SSN CARD RECEIVED IN THE MAIL

MAY 24 2008 WEDDING DAY !!!!!

June 11,2008 SENT THE PAPERS FOR AOS!

June 17 2008 NOA 1

July 10 2008 BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT

September 17 AOS Papers transferred to CALIFORNIA.

October 13 EAD APROVAL.

October 20 2008 Received EAD CARD in Mail. YEY

JANUARY 15, 2009 AOS APPROVAL!

NOVEMBER 2010 REMOVING CONDITIONS.

11/08/2010 sent packet to California

11/20/2010 NOA1

01/31/2011 Biometric Appointment

03/11/2011 RFE

05/11/2011 APPROVED.

05/16/2011 RECEIVED GREEN CARD IN THE MAIL. :)

I called the NVC last night and they still didn't have our case. I just called CSC to play dumb, but I got a nice lady and she told me our case has not been sent to the NVC yet. Unreal because I see a couple people approved after me that have their case # from NVC. Oh well, just wanted to give you a quick update for the people that are still calling NVC.

Citizenship

8/06/2011 - Package sent

8/25/2011 - Biometrics schedule

9/26/2011 - Interview date received

10/09/2011 - Received yellow letter

11/08/2011 - Interview date THANKS GOD went smooth n pretty easy with the nice lady IO takes 9-10 minutes wow???????????????

I think I waited more time for my Oath Ceremony schedule rather than interview process and after 13 minutes the lady gave my sched WOW CAN'T BELIEVE ......yayyyyyyy

I was sitting at home thinking about the way the CSC person talked to me and something bothered me about it. My BS detector was up. I just called NVC for the hell of it and they received today.
