Is it possible that NVC is using another *mail transporter* than DHL for the shipments in Canada?? Because for several days I've been looking at it and no shipments been sent to Canada at all. However quite a few been actually shipped and recieved by the Mtl embassy..

I tried to call them today as I asked my fiance "did you call yet..did you call yet loll" and he's busy with customers calls so I called myself but didnt get through the line yet.

And is the US citizen is supposed to get a packet 3 as well? ...I guess I enjoy my time to much here in US that I am not looking foward to go back loll (so i'd like him to get pcket 3 so we see what they asking us to fill) lol

tks anyway....

*feeling just a lil sick of that process today * (F)

I have a feeling that they are using someone else. I tried to track UK shipments over the last 2 weeks and they look thin on the ground by comparison with the number of people on VJ who had their cases transferred from NVC to embassy. Unless, a single petition is more than one petition.

Unless a single shipment contains multiple petitions is what I meant to say.

I'm fairly certain of it. Some of the shippments are pretty heavy. A quick look at them tells me that some of them are up to 25lb.

Ok I'm obviously having a blonde moment....

I can't see any shipments after 14th February

I can see ones before that ... so I thought I knew how to search

But if I put in EXP 15 FEB 2008A or EXP 18 FEB 2008A etc

I'm getting no shipments.

Is that me being stupid or have there been no shipments?

You'll see something later tonight. No shipping at weekends and yesterday was a federal holiday. So you need to try EXP 18 FEB 2008A after 4pm EST.

Hope there's one bound for Dublin. It's quite exciting when you see one that could contain yours :)

I see quite a few listed with the ref # of EXP 15 FEB 2008A

None with EXP 18 FEB 2008A, but that's to be expected, the 18th was a holiday.

You could also try EXP 15 FEB 2008B

I was thinking today's shipments would have yesterday's date as the EXP. I'm not sure though. I know mine was sent out on the 14th and had EXP 13 FEB 2008A. I could be wrong though.

I think the EXP date is the date NVC tells you they shipped it (when they generated the shipping label). Most of the time I think they get physically shipped (picked up) by DHL the next working day. We are all just guessing about all this though ;)

Yep. There's a lot of conjecture here. But it looks like you're right! I expect the next shipper's ref is going to be EXP 19 FEB 2008A. I'll put a quid on it :P

Haha, I did precisely the same thing when I was looking for mine. Took me a while to work out refreshing the page doesn't cut it.

I'm hoping things work out with my fiance but if not then I'll bear your proposal in mind :P
