I am applying for AOS and employment authorization. They told me that applying for both at the same time would save me money.

I wrote a check for $1010, should i write another one for $340 also?

No you don't need to, since you're filing for AOS and EAD. You can also apply for AP/I-131 if you want/need to at no additional cost, it is included at $1,010

The $1010 includes the fee for EAD and AP so he should not have written a separate check for EAD.

So, you paid $1350.. which supposedly not. As said, it is a one time fee at $1,010. AOS, EAD and AP includes at that fee, you paid more.

Not correct, USCIS will probably send the $340 back.

Fee for I-131, and I-765 are $0 ZERO when filed for with or after filing the I-485, they are included in the I-485 fee. SINCE JULY 30 last summer.

Read the directions included with the forms.

The fee is $1010 for everything.

Only if you file I-765 BEFORE filing I-485 do you pay $340 for the EAD, this should NOT be done with K-1 visa, but may be done with K-3 visa. K-1 would get a 90 day EAD card that expires same time as their I-94 card. Same goes with K-3, however K-3 tends to have a 2 year I-94 card. K-3 may do this if the timing is right to then file I-485 closer to 2nd wedding anniversary to possibly avoid the conditional 2year green-card.

NOTE: Effective July 30, 2007, if you file Form I-485 to adjust your status as a permanent resident, no additional fee is required to also file an application for employment authorization on Form I-765 and/or advance parole on Form I-131. You may file these forms concurrently. If you choose to file the I-765 and/or I-131 separately after the effective date, you must also submit a copy of your I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt as evidence of the filing of an I-485.
