Really? How would they figure it out who is legal Vs illegal?

Ask them......I'm just the messenger :innocent: .....Probably by excluding rebates to people that file with ITINS........

Yay for sending all their money to their homeland, and not in our economy!

You do realize that we function within a larger, world economy, right?

All you need is a modest house in a modest neighborhood

In a modest town where honest people dwell

Doesn't it still accomplish the goal of economic stimulus no matter who gets it?

No.

The rebate received by illegals will be yet MORE dollars leaving the US for Mexico and other countries.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

Is there any reason you singled Mexico out?

Regardless people have the right to do whatever they want with their money. If they want to spend it all, great. If they want to save it, great. If they want to support their families in another country, that is THEIR choice and there are people and MANY PEOPLE here that do that which are not illegal.

I can tell you from personal experiance that many of the Indian engineers I work with send more than half of what they earn back home.

VJ Hours - I am available M-F from 10am - 5pm PST. I will occasionaly put in some OT for a fairly good poo slinging thread or a donut.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/conte...6101801756.html

Immigrant workers are sending more money than ever to their families in Latin America, but two new studies show that only a small portion of the billions of dollars directed there has gone to economic development.

A report released yesterday by the Inter-American Development Bank estimates that immigrants living in the United States will send $45 billion to family members this year, representing a steady increase from about $2 billion in 1980.

Tell me, how DOES that help the US economy?

Should we pass laws telling people how to spend their money?

Here's a question for you. When someone goes to Western Union to send money to their family where do they specify if they are here illegally or not?
