I agree. If someone pays taxes then they are entitled to the refund regardless of their legal status. If somoene is illegal and IS paying their taxes then that shows responsibility on their part.

I said SHOWS responsibility. If they are here illegally then they could skip out on paying taxes all together. This is why I said it shows responsibility.

That is not what this subject is about. There are other threads where you can show your dislike towards illegals. This quite simple, someone registers for an ITIN number and pay taxes then YES they are entitled to get a rebate.
