Bangkok pakage 3 sendback

Hi. I am is USA, Fiancee' in Pattaya Thailand. Package 3 is at Post Office for her to Pick up when she gets back from village today or tomorow. She has DS230 filled out, when she sends packet 3 back to Embassy does she need DS 230 and signed checklist? does she need to send any thing else at this time, passport photos or copy of passport?. will this get her packet 4 with the interview date?

She has police report from Nov. 07 she will get medical before interview. I will be in Thailand 1 week before interview to organize documents and 1 week after interview. do you think this will be enough time to get visa and catch plane back to north America? Tha nk you for your suggestions

one thing though...keep checking the website after you send back your checklist it took us 2 weeks to get our appt. posted online but my husband didn't get his letter until about 10 days before his interview, so for trip planning purposes glad i checked the website.

when your visa is approved it's usually available for pick up 2 business days later.

So it looks like ASAP she should send back to Embassy; Checklist filled out and signed and DS 230 ( only part 1 ) with 2 2x2 photos and copy of passport?

Will this get her packet 4 sent to her with an appointment for interview?
