Hello, thank you for entering. Well, I want to contact my congressman. I have not received NOA2. Its been more then 4 1/2 months. Can some tell me how they have gone about contacting a congressman, or is it someone else we contact? Do we write a letter? Thanks so much

Just find out who your specific congressman or senator is. Go to their website and they should have a form available for you to fill out allowing them to get information on your case. Good luck!

I contacted both my Senators in GA. They were very helpful!! I just went to their website, called them and asked for the Immigration Coordinator (every Senator should have one) and I spoke to them. Each Senator has a different process. One Senator made me send him a letter and the other Senator made me fax a casework privacy form with my case information.

Good luck!

You and every other person on this forum who submitted in september to CSC. It will probably be another month before they get to us, so don't bother your congressman yet.

Well, I already did. I contacted all six offices of Senator Obama. Two of them responded and said they will call up the CSC to check on file. I read yesterday that when officials call the centers, the centers have i think 72 hours to respond back to the officials. Hope this puts some attention to my file because am already stepping into 5 month waiting period. I just really want to be with my luv and form my family...:-(
