Everyone please pray. I have called the visa center just to check on the status and they have stated our case is under administrative processing meaning they need additional time for review. How so? They didn't tell us that at the window. They approved us and gave us our pink ticket to airpak. I am so confused at this point. I don't know what to do, what that means or anything. I emailed the Kingston embassy and I hope they write me back. What does that mean? He does stutter a bit, and did that more than I have ever seen him before but he was nervous and the lady was not that nice. I want to cry:(!!!!!!!!!

(((HUGS))) I know it is hard to imagine another delay but please don't worry! It could be something as simple as waiting for a namecheck to clear or a supervisors signature on the case. I have seen others with administrative processing through Kingston and it is never too long. I think that is just a term they use to encompass a whole lot of things. You were approved...that is all there is to it. I hope and pray this little delay is nothing major and you get the visa asap.

Thank you so much. I feel better and I am encouraged  . I thought it was just me with the whole admin processing hold, but like you said we have the pink slip and no one can take that away!! At least I don't think so, lol

You have got to me KIDDING ME! After all this

Jason&Marla, don't really worry about the request for the approved I-130, If she was going to deny you she would have done so already. I have seen many persons go through that situation. GOOD LUCK TO YOU.

It seems as if Jamo's Girl is the only one that have some sense in this forum. Kimmy have nuff sense but must be more straight forward(speak your mind, even if some people want to vex. Consular officers are well trained persons and is given a job of high responsibility to uncover fraud to as far as terrorism. If they have doubt in regards to a person(s) case they have the right to request additional evidence as well as to deny a case. Visa fraud is prevalent now and even some of you on here has commit or has being a accessory to visa fraud either you like it or not because your finance don't love you. They just married you to get a visa to come to the greener pastures. Some might stick around for years, but come couple years down the line that divorce decree is gonna fly in your face - di people find new gal/man or dem go back to ole time gal/man baby madda/father. Wrench up your face and cuss if you want....its true .....I don't care.

By the way what is the name of this THREAD? Duh mek wi si wha a gwaan wid approval dem. Some a you come in here a cuss how Jamaican custom officers dem wicked and badmine fi unnu wedden frack. Some a cuss hotel people(you could spend your time at your mother-in-law) How customer officer gal ugly and face full a powda.....dat time she might look betta dan yu....No matter how time hard Jamaican gal dem a fix up dem self.....unnu caan chat to dem.......dats why when nuff a unnu man guh back a Jamaica dem still stray. Unnu fine too much fault like every ting well perfect up ya. If Jamaica did have money or mi should a seh...if everybody did a earn good money inna Jamaica di chances of you getting a man is 0%. The changes of you getting a woman is 40%. Fling yu stone now.

Yes that was my beautiful wife and step-daughter. They did ask for more pictures but she said she got them past that, and all she has to do is take the I-130 back but now the e-mail is saying she to do another interview. Should I be worried? I wish I could go over there but due to finances and bringing her here, its just impossible.
