The former North Carolina senator will not immediately endorse either candidate in what is now a two-person race for the Democratic nomination, said one adviser, who spoke on a condition of anonymity in advance of the announcement.

Hillary will run away with this now that the white vote isn't being split anymore.

race card so soon?

let's be totally 100% honest....will this country elect a black person to the office of President any time soon?

I have faith it can happen. If anyone can do it, Obama can!

The Obama people have called me yesterday, Monday and last Friday. They're being aggressive to the point of pissing me off :P

Hillary hasn't called to say hi once. The b1tch :(

They called you? How come no one has called me?:angry:

I don't know where they got my number. I'm a registered independent in NJ, do states provide them with phone numbers of registered voters??

I haven't even seen a Hillary ad on TV here. She probably thinks NJ is a lock so no need to spend money. She's probably right.

I'm very interested in the MA primary now that Kennedy, Kerry, Patrick are backing Obama. It should be a good race.

I really want to get a call. Maybe they only call registered independents.

Maybe.

The lady who called last night was really nice, too. I told her I'd go vote for BO on 2/5, she asked if I knew how to vote in a primary as an Independent, I said no I haven't but I'm sure I'll figure it out. She kept insisting that I write down her cell # if I had trouble at the precinct... I can't imagine why I'd have trouble.

Troll, I made lots of phone calls during 2004 President Election for John Kerry. Party has list of phone numbers of registered voters. I assume they don't call nonpublished phone numbers. Usually, party has lot pf people to make phone calls, ask voters to vote for so and so, and ask, if they need any ride to go to the prescinct. When I called, some told me straight that they were gonna vote for Bush, but they appreciate my call anyway. But some were excited and told me they were gonna vote for Kerry, but thanked me for reminding them.

That could be on his mind. If Obama wins, he should ask Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebilius (popular governor in a red state) to be his running mate. If Hillary wins, she should ask Obama to be her running mate.
