old I 129 F touched ??

Mine was touched on the 6th of this month...

ok and from what I see in your signature your AOS was touched a day after ,

since your I 129f was touched on the 6 , did you get a RFE ?

yeah I had a request for initial evidence..

then on the 7th i got an email saying my case has been resumed..

so you had another REF after the I 129f touch

oh ok so maybe no special meaning other then they will look at AOS or at least touch it

am still curiouse as to how many others had a touch on the old I 129f

I hope it wont be the local office since they already tranverd me Jan 10

so i just hope they will give a touch soon so at least I will know the file is in process at CSC

My old K1 application was touched on the 27th and on the 28th my AOS application was approved, just for the record. So it sounds like it happens.

I'm not saying you should expect your AOS to be accepted just because your K1 has been touched, but that's how it went for me!

I'm at the CSC, too, by the way.

Yeah, my old I129F was touched on 1/27 as well and our AOS was transferred to California sometimes in the beginning of December. I was just wondering the same, why all of a sudden they would touch the old file.

I agrea with the previouse posts they probly need some documents from K1 confirming acurate info for AOS , but sure hope they would gi9ve me a touch on AOS , EAD or AP proving case is in process instead of old I 129f
