old I 129 F touched ??

I just looked at our account and noticed the old I 129F for K1 got touched ,

does that meen they look at the old file to see if the AOS info is accurate ,

before lookin at the AOS , just wondering why they look at the old stuff without looking at the new stuff my AOS have not been touched since the Biometrics . my AP since 20 Dec ,

has anyone else got touched on K1 , I 129f ??

Other people have mentioned the same thing, that their K1 case numbers got touched... and I keep wondering why they are looking at their old cases since they seem irrelevant now... lol

Can't say I know why they seem to have been touched!

Doesn't AOS require your medical exam.... It may be resident in one of these files....

I have no idea why it would have been touched. Claudeth's I-129 was last touched when it was approved way back in March of 2005

thats what I thought too , but in order to add a file from I 129f to AOS wouldnt they have to touch AOS as well if they continue process ?

They (CSC) could have sent a request for your file to be "pulled" and it was "scanned" by the cold storage folks... Since there is no indication at what facility did the scan it could be anything.

ok am just hoping those cold folks will stay warm and dont send a RFE in resolt to this

but who knows ,( I trible checkd everything before mailing it even send stuff only required at the interview if one was needed ,so I know I send everything they askd for )

We got an RFE for a missing medical. Somewere between JFK and CSC they "lost" the medical exam because it apparently was not contained in the perm file.
