I have no excuse I am the USC. I have gained about 30 pounds though since we have been together. Now we are both on a diet and a race to see who looses their weight first before the visa goes through. Unfortunately, he is winning! :crying:

Other than the appetizing apple cider remedy, does anyone know of a way to jumpstart weight loss when you've reached a plateau? I've lost twelve pounds over the last few months, and I only have about another 4 or 5 to go before I'm back down to where I was when my husband and I met, but I've stalled!!!!! I can't get past my current weight and it's pissing me off. :( Any ideas???

6/19/2002- Met Online

11/10/2002- Met in person for the first time at Buffalo International Airport we spend a blissful but all too short week together.

2/23/03- David proposes on the beach in Melbourne Florida at sunrise during his second visit.

9/26/03- After much talk with USCIS we decide to go ahead and get married during David's third visit, with David planning on returning to Ireland the following week.

9/30/03- Phone USCIS to ask questions on filling out paper work and USCIS officer informs us that if David is already here he doesn't need to leave. After numerous calls to the Irish Embassy and two more calls to USCIS to confirm, we decide he will stay.

12/02/03- Petition for AOS recieved

10/8/04- EAD FINALLY arrives

11/10/2004- Our Son Colin Michael Kieran born two years to the minute after our first face to face meeting!

1/26/06- Recieved interview appointment letter.

3/09/06- AOS approved! David is a permanent resident with stamp in passport.

4/4/06- Green card arrives. We are now free to travel back to Ireland so David can see his family for the first time in more than two years.

This girl I work with says from the waist up I look normal...its below that is out of proportion. Sigh, I know she didnt mean to sound so...rude...and thankfully my ego is still pretty much intact...but still. Anyway...I think there's something to be said for american dryers...they DO get hot.

actually it's more beneficial than that too...I knew an old lady who drank one cup a day for like 60 years and at 90 she was still biking to the store with a body fit as a fiddle...

...mind you, she was mad as a pan of crabs....absolutely stark raving mad :unsure:

My husband and I both had gain some weights since we got married and the funny part is he didn't realize it until his medical exam at the new job (when they weigh him) :lol:

I guess since we're so comfortable with one another we didn't realize that the clothes starts to shrink (I blame that on the water here) :lol:

March 2010: Officially separated after yet more affairs exposed just a day after my birthday!

February 2011: Officially divorced.
June 18, 2011: He married the girl he had the last affair with.

August 2014: I am engaged with my real soulmate. Not an American.

Hehehe, my boy-love has put on some mucho weight since he's been here. :D

But, he also quit smoking the day he got here, so I think that has something to do with it. Anyway, he looks good with the extra weight. He was thin before...still thin now, just a bit more...healthy-looking. I think he's sexy either way. :luv:
