Good day to all, I have called bunch of Civil Surgeons here

in Oahu Hawaii and all of them said that I need to have

another physical exam, and they all cost a lot!! :o:o:crying:

I wonder if there's a CS here like Dr. Arnold of Austin TX :(

My friend lives here in Hawaii and just used Dr. in Texas with success for $10.

I used one on Maui for $22 each for Wife and anak. No Medical. Dr Bird.

JUst drive your car on the Superferry abd go 'holo holo"!

Ok, this topic is quite old but I am just adding information for those who might need it in the future (that is, if they use the search function lol)..

Today I went to a civil surgeon on Oahu to have my vaccination details and TB skin test results transcribed onto the I-693. Total costs for me were $24.05 and it was done without any problem, no need for a new med. exam either.

The details of the civil surgeon are as follows:

N400 Timeline:

12/14/11 - Sending out N400 package

12/19/11 - Received by USCIS

12/21/11 - NOA date

12/22/11 - Check cashed

12/27/11 - Received NOA

02/06/12 - Received yellow letter (pre-interview case file review)

03/13/12 - Placed in line for interview scheduling (3 yr anniversary)

03/17/12 - Received interview letter

04/17/12 - Interview - No decision, application under further review

04/17/12 - Biometrics

04/25/12 - Placed in line for oath scheduling (so I'm approved yay!)

04/27/12 - Received oath ceremony date

05/09/12 - Oath ceremony!!

i had my medical exams in st. lukes last july and only took 2 shots (i was preggy that time). i havent file my aos because im too busy caring for my baby.. iam planning to apply this month though. i just want to ask if they will require another medical exam and vaccinations? about how much will it cost or will that insurance can cover them? thank you in advance!

The way I understand it, the medical exam that you're required to do for 'VISA' is valid for 1 year.
