Hello,

My fiancee has a schedule for US Embassy (Manila) for first part of March, do they allow delay(change date) of interview to another date, and if so, what is the max of days a person can change the date? Any help would appreciate

July 25th-Sent K1 petition to NSC

July 26th NSC received petition

Aug 11th Received NOA1

you can contact the Embassy to reschedule the interview. but my guess it wouldn't be days, but months. my guess it would be a couple of months before you have another interview date.

HI,

I SUGGEST THAT SHE COME TO THE INTERVIEW AND CANCEL WHATEVER ERRANDS SHE HAS ON THAT SPECIFIC DATE, FOR RESCHEDULING ITS NOT THAT EASY , IT WONT TAKE DAYS, BUT WEEKS WORST MONTHS... :yes:

READ SOME POSTINGS IN THE FORUMS THOSE WHO CANCELLED THEIR INTERVIEWS..

Dont lose that interview date. This is what she have been waiting for, it should be the priority on top of other appointments. Goodluck!!!

Removal of Conditions :

August 16, 2010 - Petition received by USCIS Vermont Center

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.

She doesnt have her passport yet, much delay with her name change status, those people in the philippine governement work very slowly:(
