The 'final' bill is anyones guess. I'd like to see the income cap at no less than 200k.

Ok, so right, no one can say at this point that they won't get anything... in one week the number fluctuated between $300 and $800 per individual... who knows?

I heard somewhere that ppl making under $40K won't get it, is that true??? If that's taxable income and not AGI then I am screwed....

If I do get it then it will probably go either to paying off debt or (optimistically) IV bill, medical, etc. - by the time they finally start cutting the checks hopefully we will be at that point in the journey.

So I suppose that as an educator at a public school "I" am a failure, based on the aforementioned criteria (income)...

I guess producing informed citizens (I teach American Government and History) makes me a failure...
