After clicking on GUIDES and going to the "Step-by-Step Guide on How to File for Adjustment of Status for K1 and K3 Visa Holders", clicking on any of the downloadable forms, G-325A, I-485, I-131, etc.,just takes me back to the FORUMS page. Cannot download any of the forms/instructions.

Locate the form numbers you need and you can download them off this site as well. http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/index.htm

Good luck.

Mary, I appreciate your suggestion, but I actually have already downloaded the forms! What I really wanted to read/study was the instructions of what copies of evidence and documents to include with each form. The VJ instructions for each type form are very comprehensive and understandable....at least more so than the USCIS form instructions. Thanks for your help!

Gary, make sure you get an acceptable form, some forms are now expired according the the USCIS. Some of the forms on the USCIS site are now fillable including the G325.

Good luck

Jim...thanks for your input! I downloaded all the forms I needed from the USCIS site you suggested....think they are all still valid for our use. Got the I-485, I-131, I-864, and G-325A....not going to file for the EAD at this time, as Marissa isn't going to work in the forseeable future.

By the way, the USCIS instructions on what documents to submit with a couple of the above forms is a little vague. That's why the detailed info here on VJ about evidence to submit with each form was so important.
