Hello...

i just paid the Php650 required for the document verification at Pedro Gil-Paco branch of Metrobank and read the instructions carefully on how to send the text message. I sent more than 20 texts already and all of them replied with Invalid/incomplete format *sighs* it's very frustrating because I don't see where i typed wrong....here's the two formats i texted them:

USE/MNL2007852xxx/Surname, First Name MiddleName/Pedro Gil-Paco/29Jan2008/1:06PM/PhP650

USE/MNL2007852xxx/Surname, First Name MiddleName/Pedro Gil-Paco/JAN 29, 2008/1306PM/PhP650

pls help me if i wrote something wrong :( thank you.

hello docjazzie. maybe there's something wrong with the text messaging system of delbros. you have followed the format they gave. try to resend it later. i was lucky then coz i only txt/sent the info once and it got through... after few minutes they acknowledge the payment i made. below is what i sent them: (not my true case number and name)

USE/MNL2007851065/ANGELES, RUTH AYALA/LA UNION MLQUEZON/DEC 27, 2007/1356PM/PHP650

i wrote it in all caps. check the exact metrobank branch name which is printed in the duplicate copy of your deposit slip.

I was getting frustrated so I told Dave about it...he tried sending messages and then rearranged the format....dunno how he did it, but my knight in shining armor did get a reply from Delbros acknowledging our payment!

What is this Document Verification you speak of? At what point of the Visa process is this required?

http://usembassy.state.gov/manila/wwwfdelb.pdf

i think you pay it as soon as you can....before the interview.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=99501

i think it has to be done at a metrobank in manila??? which is real helpful for those that don't live in manila.

You can pay it at any Metrobank branches in the country. Just fill up the deposit slip with Delbros Logistics, Inc as the account name and their account number (found in the link smoke provided) and the amount php 650. Then send a text message to delbros and wait for their confirmation. It took me less than 10 minutes to pay for it. I read in one thread that it might actually help visa applicants get their visa earlier if they pay for this before the interview date.

Read this thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...erification+fee

I paid yesterday. Pay it as soon as possible . I knew someone who had her interview last Jan.4 and didn't know this verification fee so, they pay it on that day at the embassy. :( It is sad to note that they are still waiting for the visa up to now.

This fee pop into the forum only last December. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...p;#entry1392028
