It's been three weeks since my case left NVC to the consulate in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

I only have one and half month left since I got my NOA2. I am so concerned why I did not receive any thing fom the consulate.

-Is it OK to sent package3 to the consulate in Cambodia enven though I nerve received one?

-If it is Ok, are the list of contents below required for Package3?

  1. Check List letter- I-93-DSL 1076
  2. filled DS230 Part1
  3. Photocopy of passport photo page for each applicant
  4. Two photographs for each applicant

- Do I need a cover letter for this package?

Naly,

Did you track your application from NVC to Phnom Penh to make sure they received it. If they have received it then you might send in your checklist. I sent in my checklist 4 days after they received my case. It saved a lot of time. It will take at least three weeks for the packet 3 to get to you by snail mail. Be sure to have all your forms filled out and ready to take with you to the interview

Thanks for your reply,

I am not sure how to track the case from NVC to PP embassy. I tried tracking through DLH tracking method and I could only tell that there was a package arrived at the US embassy on 01/07/08 from NVC. I were told by NVC that my case was forwarded to US embassy in PP in the early week of January 2008. I tried email them but no answer so far. If the case is not lost it should be there at least 3 weeks ago.

What mail service did you use? DHL, USPS or FedEx?

My husband did NOT wait and it is NOT necessary. As soon as our case arrived at the consulate my husband overnighted the packet that he prepared himself. He sent a cover letter since packet 3 hadn't arrived yet.

It was better too because packet 3 didn't get to his for about another month!!
