Check not cashed yet?

We mailed our AOS packet on January 17th and was received in chicago on the 21st. However, the check has not been cashed. does it usually take them this long or should i start to get worried...... ?

Hi, I think than you don't be worried about it, because the important thing is than you have the NOAs in hand, have you?. We received them after 15 days. Good luck.

We mailed our AOS packet on Jan 9th and still the checks are not cashed and no NOA. I called the customer service number but they refuse to look it up until 8 weeks have passed..
