Riiiight - hey I can go at this all day...you call it picking on you - I call it entertainment.

I love how people can get so riled up over stuff like this.

I can't imagine being annoyed by something said about me on a message board...

Yeah, except you were yesterday-in the immigration thread. If you find entertainment out of the difficulties faced by other people I have a word for you that I simply cannot post on here.

The wedding thing - why does that matter?

I feel like so many girls get caught up in "the wedding" and not as much about "the marriage"

I have friends who spent soo much money and cared so much about the cake, the dresses, the color...I just don't get it.

It's the union of the two of you that is important...you can have the "show wedding later, but isn't you and him the most important thing? Just remember what's important - you know?

notice the use of I statements...

followed by a PERSONAL story...

followed by a question....that's all.

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!

03.05.2009......I-130 received at Embassy

03.06.2009......Received Police Cert

03.18.2009......I-130 Approved

09.10.2009......Medical Exam

09.23.2009......Embassy receives Notice of Readiness

10.13.2009......Received our interview date

10.29.2009......Successful interview!

11.5.2009........Visa received in post

11.7.2009........All the family flew to the US together :)

12.20.2009......Received Welcome to America letter

12.24.2009......10 year Greencard received in the mail
