Every thing seems straight forward enough. I sent the papers on the 10th of December and am now waiting like everyone else for the second NOA. I really don’t have a question yet. I think as time goes on. I might have a question or two about the support papers. I must say, it is much more unclear what you need for this. There was more to prepare for when sending the first papers in. but after only a month in a half. I guess I shouldn’t speak too soon. But if I get a RFE, then I do. There is nothing to stop them from doing what they feel like.

I would like to thank the people that put this website together. It took a lot of time and effort to make this happen. I am happy that there is a place that people can come together to help each other. This being my first post, I will not take to long. Anyone has any advice, I would be more than happy to listen to you. But I have the feeling that the best advice is to just sit tight and wait. I know from the reading of this wed-site. It could be a long long wait. So with that said. Good luck to everyone and I wish everyone fast visa.

Thanks to all that replied. My fiancée and I talk and write almost every day. I did a little research and found out what I was getting into before I asked the big question. All I can say is this. There are a lot of people and website trying to sell you something they can’t deliver. Anyone can fill out the papers. It only makes things easier that people have this website to turn to when they need help. What people can’t sell you is time or piece of mind. I have noticed that win it comes to the USCIS office. There is no such thing as piece of mind. But it is not going to help things to worry about it. It is too soon to worry anyway. I am just taking the time to save up some money and get to know my Fiancée better. The time is a killer. But there is nothing I can do about it. I am trying to enjoy the ride as it were. Every once and awhile I am asked, what makes you think that the marriage will last? I laugh and tell them. You Don’t know the USCIS Visa processing time, do you.
