Almost 2 months without NOA1

It's been almost two months since I sent in I129f on 12/5/07 to CSC. My check has not even been cashed. Should I be worried that CSC lost my application? Any ideas on what I can do about this? Thanks.

Did you send it certified and track the package? Do you know if it was delivered to CSC?

I would say that on February 5th put a service request in for it. You'll hear back with 45days. They misplaced mine, and i've spent the last 4 and a half months trying to get a simple noa1

That does seem a bit long. Did you send it certified so you know it was delivered?

Yes. it was certified and was stamped received on 12/6/07 by USCIS. I will have to give them a call next week and find out if they could find the application. I just hope it doesn't delay my getting the NOA2.
