HELLO EVERYONE,

MY HUSBAND AND ME ARE CONFUSED NOW.. HE FILED THE IR-130 LAST SEPT. 24,2007 TO NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER AND HE RECEIVED A NOTICE OF ACTION FROM CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER. AND SO HE FILED FOR THE SECOND PETITION WHICH IS THE 129-F AND SENT TO CALIFORNIA,

IS IT RIGHT THAT HE MAILED THE 129-F TO CALIFORNIA SC WHERE HE RECEIVED THE NOA?

THANKS ALOT FOR ANSWERING OUR CONCERN.. :)

He was supposed to sent the K-3 (I-129F) to Chicago lock box. Did he received the NOA for the K-3?

THANKS FOR ANSWERIN ME. NO, HE DIDNT RECEIVED ANY NOA YET FROM K3. WHAT HE RECEIVED WAS NOA FROM FILING IR-130.. HERE'S THE DETAILS:

SEPT 24, 2007- IR-130 MAILED TO NEBRASKA

SEPT 25,2007- RECEIPT DATE AT NEBRASKA SC

JAN. 7, 2008- FORWARDED TO CALIFORNIA SC

JAN. 10,2008 CASHED CHECK

JAN. 13,2008 RECEIVED NOA FROM CALIFORNIA SC

JAN. 15,2008 MAILED 129-F TO CALIFORNIA

JAN.17,2008 CALIFORNIA SC RECEIVED 129-F

-----WAITING-------

IT WAS CONFUSING COZ I'VE READ THAT TO BE SENT TO CHICAGO LOCKBOX BUT WHEN MY HUSBAND CALLED TO THE USCIS CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE PERSON HE TALKED SAID SEND IT TO THE ADDRESS WHERE HIS NOA CAME FROM... SO MY HUSBAND SENT THE 129-F TO CALIFORNIA SC.

The Service Center where the underlying I-130 petition is currently pending. Use the address listed on your most recent receipt notice or transfer notice and include a copy of that notice with your Form I-129F.
