I am putting together my packet 4 docs.. I went to visit my fiance 3 times in the last 16 months.. Should i send the original ticket stubs(and make copies) or should I send the color copies and keep the originals..

does it matter?

I was going to make a bundle for each trip, Passport stamps, Tickets and photos. Is that a good idea? or should i put all the passport info together. all the tickets together and all the photos(with the back labeled) ogetehr..

Send the originals but make copies for yourself first.

I suggest sending all the proof you have just in case - and don't worry it'll come back to you with your fiance .

Here's what I suggest :

On a word document create a table, enter the trip details for each trip entry date, exit date, no of days in India. This sheet essentially acts as a summary sheet for the trips.

Then on separate sheet (s) of paper for each trip, just stick the originals using a scotch tape all the tickets/boarding passes etc, attach the passport copies of the entry/exit stamps. Thus make one stack of document just for the trips. Then maybe staple it or use a clip.

The reason I suggest sticking and stapling is when you/she submit the documents at VFS office they may not stay in the same order that you give.

Make sure you keep one copy for yourself before sending it to her.

You could do the same for all sets of documents that prove your relationship with her.

A stack of emails, stack of phone bills, etc...

Then you could have a summary sheet for everything that you are submitting.

What I did was make copies and keep one set of copies here with me, and I sent one set of copies and the originals to my hubby in India. He submitted the copies to the VFS office and brought the originals to the interview in case they asked for them.

I also made a table in MSWord like journeyman suggested, putting the dates of each trip to India, how long I stayed there, etc.

Making a bundle for each trip sounds good, you can have a cover page for each bundle showing the dates of each trip, and put it all the trips together with the two hole-fasteners at the top of the page. And again like journeyman suggested, scotch taping the tickets, photos etc., to blank pages so all the pages are uniform.
