Package 4 delayed?

Does anyone has the insight on what is going on with the embassy in Bangkok? My girl had mailed the package 3 back to them right before New Year...and it is now the last week of January...still have not heard from them. I had emailed them several times but no answer. What is the normal waiting period for this? My girl is all set for the interview. She had even expedited the police report hoping they would squeeze her in this month for interview instead of March. I heard about the stall for next month. I just want to know why is it takin' so long for package 4.

We had email from BKK saying they would not be interviewing anyone until March for K type visas nor any other immigrant visas.

I wrote this a few weeks back in the forums area. Apparently there is more information on Sawasdee 2 as well.
