hi i just want to ask if its possible that the uscis receive me letter regarding my different A# for both adjust of status NOA'S and work authorization.

i mailed it 2 weeks ago and never hear back from them. but i was mistaken something bcoz i never sign the letter but i did send the 2 receipts with

highlight of different A# for both. and then i receive a letter to have my biometrics this jan 31st. will it be possible that they already have my letter?

or can i ask the uscis officer when i have my biometrics? thanks

Did you sent that letter along with your AOS application? If yes then since you received a biometrics appointment letter I assumed they have it.

Now I'm not sure why you have two A#, you should only have one, so you'll probably need to take care of that issue at some point. Maybe an infopass appointment could be of some help.

07.17.10: Card in the mail :) Done until citizenship

what i mean when i received my 2 reciepts of my application for change of status and emplyment authorization. i found out the A# if both receipts is different. one is the correct while the other one is not right. so after i received the receipts i send a letter regarding the discripancies with the 2 receipts with highlights in my A#. im just worried

coz its been 2 weeks i never hear from them about it. and i just received my appointment for biometrics.

so the thing i wod do maybe will ask them when i have my biometrics. thanks for the advice

u need to call USCIS. or to make an infopass. to notify them that u received 2 A#

10/09/2010: NOA1 Received via mail.

10/22/2010: Status Changed Online "Request for evidence" It was for Biometrics.

10/25/2010: Request for evidence recieved "Biometrics Notice".

11/18/2010: Biometrics date ==> 11:00AM. Biometrics was taken On time.

12/03/2010: "Yellow Letter" Received.

12/06/2010: "Touch" Case Moved to "Testing and Interview".

12/08/2010: Interview Letter received via mail.

01/13/2011: Interview Date. Done, " Thanks To ALLAH, I Passed the Test.

01/18/2011: Oath Letter was Sent.

01/20/2011: Oath Letter Recieved via mail.

01/28/2011: Oath Date. ==> Done, I am a U.S. Citizen

01/31/2011: Applied for a U.S. Passport Book, And, U.S. Passport Card.

02/25/2011: Passport Book's Received.

02/26/2011: Passport Card's Received.

02/28/2011: Certificate Of Naturalization's Returned.

Game Over.
