Ok, If im reading this right and im not a lawyer! On the USCIS website itself under Laws theres the INA( ImmigrationNationalityAct) In Section 216 paragraph(g)its means if your marriage is under 24 months when they approve your case you will recieve you should be condtional. But My wife recieved her Permanent Card early Jan08an she recieved a 2yr card and weve been married 2 yrs 4m shouldnt they have gave her a 10 yr card. Weve made a Infopass appointment do you think i should bring a copy of this law and a copy of my marriage to the appointment and hope they change it becuz they have made a mistake and thoughts!!!!!!!!!!!!

How long were you married when you filed AOS?

2months but they doesnt make a differnece i think because it took them over 2yrs to make a judgement for permmant residence

I think you are right. You should have the 10 year GC. Let us know how infopass goes.
