Do I need to submit documents which I already sent when I filed for my AOS?

such as rent lease, bank statements...

I got married on Feb 06, got GC on 7.31.06.

Do I still need to send documents that prove we were in bona-fide marriage between those dates again or I can just send papers starting from Aug 06..

TIA!!

If the lease you submitted with your AOS is the same lease you are using to remove conditions you need to re-submit it. But I would add some current bills of life together as an update. Same with the bank statements. A bank statement from when we opened the account and a current statement is what we sent.

I don't believe they have your AOS file to compare this to.

good luck
