1. Go get the biggest bottle of patchouli oil that you can find.

2. Pour it all out on the closest sidewalk.

3. Hide in the bushes and wait

It shouldn't take long before you spot what looks like a homeless man sniffing around like a dog near a fart. That's probably your guy. To be certain, wait until he starts rolling around in it like said dog in a pile of turds. If he rolls in the patchouli, that's your guy.

Don't be alarmed. Though he looks homeless, I assure you he's just an upper middle-class college student with poor hygiene.

Alternatively, jsut come down to the Venice Boardwork. There are several there that will work for pot - they have signs to identify them and everything!
