I don't use pot (or any drug of any kind). I'm all for legalising it. What people do to themselves is their own damn business. I've never heard of a stoned driver causing a wreck, but I've heard of lots of drunk drivers doing so.

Marijuana adversely affects judgment and reaction time, two important skills when you're driving.

i have to wonder how many that are for the legalization of it use it

For the record, I don't, and I don't drink much either. But I don't see why on earth the government would criminalize people for what they put into their bodies.

The same big-government nanny state liberals who want to regulate what you put inside your body also want to regulate what women do with their bodies. They don't just stop at our bodies, they want to control our minds too. They want to regulate pornography too. All because it's good for us. They are the nanny-state hard-left big-government tax-and-spend liberals of our generation.

Damn dirty liberals and their damn dirty nanny state.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Driving under the influence of any substance that can hinder one's driving abilities should always be illegal. Big difference from allowing people to drink and allowing them to drink and drive.

It really is telling that you have to spell that out. ;)

I am not a pot smoker, but I think it's LUDICROUS that the gov't has this as an illegal substance. Look at tobacco products, look at all the wrongly approved medications by the FDA......let's tally up how many people those kill...

The rationale behind illegal pot is just astoundingly stupid.

I do not drink, smoke pot or do tobacco, But I have done all three more than once in my life. Chewed tobacco for 19 years.

I would not have any problem with them legalizing Marijuana.

My beloved Joy is here, married and pregnant!

Baby due March 28, 2009
