Ok, so USCIS have now completed files dated July 15, 2007 ( I-130). Does that mean they're done with mine? I haven't gotten any updates yet. No touches, no email notifications. Anyone please tell what's going on.. :crying::crying::crying:

do you have a phone that works near you? maybe pick it up and call USCIS and ask them, I don't think they are gonna do anything beyond a database update. for all you know, your application would be sitting in some backroom and not with an officer. JUST GET PRACTICAL and call up USCIS rather than venting on the board.

Thank you, Moghli. My husband does call USCIS very often. The last time he called, he was asked to wait for the processing dates to change online. Today is saturday so I thought somebody here might know what was going on.

Well..Here is where they get you on the technicality. I sent my application on June 10th and got a received date of June 13th for the I-130. Last month they had updated the website to say they processed applications on June 18th. Hence I made an appointment through infopass and called them too. They said it had to be 30 days beyond the date on the website. which means if I had a received date of May 18th, I could have filed a service request.

Now, it's been more than 30 days as the date on the website is July 15th. I hope they don't start counting from the notice date (which is June 19th for me)..Pieces of sh** start playing around with the dates...one day here..one day there...

ask your hubby to reach out to the senator of his state. www.senate.gov to locate the senators in his state of residence and give them some work to pursue.

dont just wait for miracles seriously, u are dealing with dimwits at USCIS so ur best recourse is to get on top of the situation and keep ringing them till u get ur work done.
