I haven't started a daily thread in a year!! Usually not up late enough or Sarah beats me to it. Well welcome to Thursday all you MENA peeps. I'll be baking Paula Deen's cheesy corn muffins to go with Dad's chili for dinner.....can't wait to wake up and get started. Then I have to study for first math test of the quarter...Oliviaaaaaaa!!!

I think the African Cup is becoming part of my daily routine! Hubby has the day off today so he can watch it by himself. I'm sure he'll TiVO it for me though and explain in detail what's going on.

It's sooooo cold here today! Minus 15 degrees right now. I'm seriously ready for some warm weather.

My hubby will be tuning in to the Africa Cup, too, today. I have a busy day at work, but getting off a little early - yay! It's raining buckets here and kinda cold, but we have a nice sunny weekend in the low 70's coming up! Woot! Have a great day everyone. G'morning! I have a big meeting this morning for a project I'm the lead on and I have to make a presentation - I'm a lil nervous. Hubby and I sorta had a tift this morning but hopefully it will blow over. Started the new semester of courses and it's going to be a loooong semester full of work. I've tried everynight to get to the library to get my reading and notes done but things have come up. I was determined to go tonight only to find my husband working until 8pm (lib closes at 9). And tomorrow it closes at 6pm and he works all weekend so my next shot is on Monday. *sigh* I really have to dedicate and focus this semester. So any architects out there? One of my courses is on Physical Security and involves loads of architectural things that I am soooooooooo not in the loop about.... C'est la vie.

Cold here was like 18 comming to work, but to warm to 50s this weekend and just think we still have February to look forward to. Maggie your not inviteing us for the chili? Doodle the radio here said for every two that goes to the pharmacy 1 has the stomach virus going around. My son in law has phenomia and my youngest son and his wife are in the process of getting me another grandson as i type!!!!!!
