Thursday has become our " lazy date night" Mel is pooped after working full time and then teaching on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. We never have my stepson on Thursdays, so I prepare a nice dinner and we hang out- we are so excited about a new Lost episode tonight!!

Tonight is grilled tuna steaks and pan fried scallops with grilled zucchini, roasted purple potatoes, whole wheat couscous and a salad

Yum. I'm thinking shiskebab leftovers with brown rice and a greek salad. But I still have time to change my mind.

We were going to have beans and bread for dinner last night, but we don't have a can opener. Could have used the old 'knife in the can' to open it but that seemed excessive.

We ended up eating ramen noodles and bread.

Well, for those of you who were in this thread yesterday, you'll remember that I made a chicken biryani & chana masala..

Well, it's what we're having for leftovers today so I thought I'd take a little picture for all of you ^_^

I want to eat smoked salmon so badly right now ..... damn pregnancy! I REALLY am craving a bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers on top. Any ideas for what I could substitute for the salmon that is equally yummy?
