I am making zee twice baked potatoes again, as I loved them so much last time. This is the recipe I use, from Betty Crocker

Mmmmmm..... twice baked potatoes. You know what's really good in them? Garlic and herb cream cheese. Only you'd have to go and get it from Canada.

We're having Maple glazed roasted duck, spiced caviar, escargot and steamed vegetables in browned wine butter.

((((Kidding))))

mmm this sounds and looks so yummy...

Ohmygosh, that looks fabulous! I want to make that now!

Last night I made homemade tomato soup (it was delish!) with a beautiful salad. And then I made Pumpkin bread. And then my husband said he wanted cornmeal muffins, so I made those too! Tonight we are having butter chicken with basmati. I think.

Actually Krikit, funny you say! Do you ever have the "Laughing Cow" brand of cheese, those little triangles in a round box? Anyway, they have a light herb and garlic flavour, so I threw 2 of those in and it gave it an extra yummy taste! They are soft, almost like cream cheese.

That cake looks fabulous.

It still amazes me how much sugar goes in to 1 cake - I mean the last couple of cakes I have made from scratch, so it shouldn't be all that surprising - but it is!

I don't feel like having anything much for dinner, i'm thinking cheese quesidillas.

That's what I'm having! With some corn and peppers in there too

Not sure what we are having. I am doing Weight Watchers and since we are heading to Canada tomorrow, I want to save all my extra 35 points for yummy Canadian food, so I think tonight will be something very plain and low in points :(

I have lots of eggs so I am going to make breakfast snausages, eggs and maybe some pancakes for dinner. Might even make it an early dinner as Mike has been out for hours looking at vehicles and hasn't eaten today.

Last night we had Mike's bbq chicken and collards. Tonight we are having butter chicken with basmati. Except now that you've mentioned hamburgers, Marilyn, I'm thinking about those.

they make really good chili cheeseburgers there too.. they are so messy though, I usually end up eating them with a fork and knife..lol

we don't eat there very often.. or we would be as big as a house ..lol

That is the place the President Obama and Mrs. Obama just RAVE about. I guess the President even goes there unscheduled like... they showed him going there on the NBC Nightly News Special with Brian Williams, when Brian went "Inside the White House". I guess, those burgers are truly supposed to be THE best.

Trailmix, you'll have to make a trip there and let us know, first hand, how good the burgers are! :)
