I ended up taking the steak and slicing it and marinating it for a few hours (olive oil, worcheshire sauce and soy sauce) - then just served it with rice.

Mmmmm sounds delish. I saw that on hmmm, what cooking show was it?? Cooking for Real, that's it! She used a flank steak and it looked yummy.

I have the Ginger chicken in the crock pot as we speak...or should I say as I write... but I did want to mention trailmix that I used your recipe for the buns for our turkey burgers a few weeks ago! I forgot to tell you they were very good! Thank you! I've filed them under Trailmix Buns.

That just sounds wrong somehow....

Tonight for hubby I'm thinking of making spaghetti with meatballs. For myself, day 3 of crazy cleanse.

What do you mean "that just sounds wrong somehow..." with that emoticon? You obviously don't know me. I'm a trailmix fan! I don't think she'd be offended, she'll laugh! Why would YOU want to take something so innocent and make it ...dirty?

Sorry - don't have a recipe for the cake - I bought it at Aldi's in their frozen foods section. It is a Deutsche Kuche brand imported from Germany - zehr gut!

Tonight will be breaded catfish panfried and seasoned french fries done in the oven - and tomato and cucumber salad.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Glad you liked them

Yes I used round steak, which can be a tad tough, but tasty, so I figured marinating it for a couple of hours would be nice - and it was.

Not sure what's for dinner tonight, I do have ground turkey in the fridge - but i'm not really interested in making anything with it.

Maybe stew.

Mike and I made pizza tonight and it was so awesome. I attribute it to his dough making skills, but I put the toppings on and that's sorta important too. :P

Donne moi une poptart!

Last night we had a beef tenderloin grilled, with asparagus and rice. Tonight I'm going to have a fennel tomato salad with some chicken-cheese ravioli in alfredo sauce.
