I had duck. And I didn't even know it until it was down in my stomach. Afterwards I felt sick...:(

Ew duck! That reminds me of when I was a kid, my Mom fed us breaded veal and said it was regular meat. I would never eat veal, even as a child since it's a cute cuddly little baby :luv:

Tonight I'm going out for dinner with my Mom, not sure where yet.

Whats even nastier is fois gras... the entire concept behind it is disgusting.

So on that note tonight I am eating tofu teriyaki w/ noodles... I pressed the tofu lastnight and marinated it as well so it will be full of flavour tonight. :)

Donne moi une poptart!

We're going to the ball game tonight, so we're going to eat somewhere near the stadium before the game. Last night I ended up cutting chops out of the pork roast and marinating and then later basting them with a maple syrup concoction. It was very nice!

Pickle Barrel, i've never heard of it - but that is a good name for a restaurant!

Well, called for Thai food last night - no answer - sooo we ended up having fried chicken and whatever from the store and it was very - whatever.

I'm going to cook tonight, enough of this silliness! I think pork chops, salad and - something.

It's a good restaurant! A mish mash of food items, anything from steak, chicken, smoked meat, stir fry, salads, etc. And of course, they have the BEST pickles! It's a chain in Ontario

They are REALLY good. They remind me of the Cheesecake Factory. Hmm. Cheese. Pickles. Wonder if it's the same company?

I don't know what to have tonight. Perhaps a Chinese chicken salad. I have to do some grocery shopping so I'll have to see what strikes my fancy for ingredients. Last night we ate at Llewellyn's , a Pub in the Soulard district of St. Louis. Gene has been there a few times, I hadn't. I had an Atlantic whitefish sandwich. Yummers.
