Had catfish fillets dipped in cornmeal and pan-fried, then spicy rice and green and wax beans.

i think I might have eaten too much pizza but it was good :P

need to eat better this weekend though :unsure:

I have been trying to only drink water... about once or twice a week, I allow myself some soda and once or twice a week I will have a cup of tea but other then that I drink water..

I love water anyways... nothing better then a nice cold glass of water...mmmm

We had applebees last night - I had the asian salad. There was nothing asian about it - except they threw in a few crunchy noodles - even the dressing had nothing asian about it - but it was a nice salad none-the-less.

We ate out last night at Chevy's (Mexican). It was very good. We could only eat half of what they gave us, so we brought the rest home. So lunch is prepared for today. Tonight maybe rib tips and rice.

cold roast chicken (the take out from the grocery store kind), left over spicy rice, asparagus and a tomato and cucumber salad for dinner tonight. Everything is pretty well ready except for the salad and then steam the asparagus and re-heat the rice. I like easy dinners!

we went to Bob's Big Boy and had the soup and salad bar with half a sandwich, and shared a small bowl of chili.. then for desert we shared a strawberry, hot fudge brownie thing.. mmm
