I'm trying to use up some food in the freezer, it's packed in there and I keep buying more stuff, bad girl! So I'm making pork chops for Glen and a bean and cheese burrito for me, some broccoli and roasted potatoes! All of that comes from the freezer yay! I normally make roasted potatoes myself but these are green giant ones, they're really tasty.

Oh my goodness it worked!

Good job, Beans! Thanks for sharing. :)

Our Thai basil chicken was extra yummy last night. I also made a ginger creme brulee.... only it didn't taste much like ginger. Was experimenting, though. But it was yummy!

Tonight I am thinking of making spaghetti and meat sauce, but I'm not quite sure yet.

Oh tell me about it! I love all ethnic food, especially Indian! My husband only likes regular old American food. Meat & potatoes! So it sucks because I'd have to cook it for myself.

My mind is whirling! While I was away Gene ate out. Today I have a really really busy day, and I don't know what I'm going to make yet for supper. Two friends of Gene's are coming down this weekend, and arrive tomorrow at suppertime from Chicago. I have to meal plan while they're here as well. Have to think of more than a few things!:wacko:

Last night we had pizza. Tonight we will have leftovers. Either spaghetti or pizza. Anything left over will go in the garbage. I suppose I should make a salad, too, so I don't have to throw out any veggies. Sometimes it's a pain in the neck going away. lol

We ended up having a take out hamburger last night, had a salad with that.

I was going to make shephard's pie and didn't get around to it, so I guess I will make that tonight.

hmm, we had pizza last night as well - spinach, mushroom, green chilies and pepperoni - hehehe, it works!

Tonight was crab, spinach and swiss cheese quiche.
