We're going out for dinner this evening. Not quite sure where at the moment. We had discussed Sushi Katana but now I'm thinking we should try somewhere else for a change. Let me ponder that for a bit.

Are you in the Orlando area? Have you ever been to Roy's? I've heard really good things about it.... and I planned a media dinner there once for work. My co-worker said it was really good.

Tonight one of my VPs from work is coming over with her young daughter and we're going to play with my nephew who is the same age. We're going to make some beaded necklaces and do crafts.

Anyways my lovely mother is making us dinner and we're going to have beef shish-kebabs, some sort of nice grilled fish (shark or halibut maybe) and baked potatoes, asparagus and salad. For appetizers we're going to have shrimp cocktail.

We bought a new cast iron griddle the other day so we are going to christen it tonight by having 'breakfast' for dinner with pancakes, sausages and eggs - all cooked on the griddle. Joe is cooking - I just had to take the turkey sausages out of the freezer so my job is already done!

We went to a new Japanese restaurant in town. The kind where they cook in front of you and put on a show. It was nice. I have no need to go there again. :lol: Afterward we went downtown to a wine bar and had the red flight. Midway through my husband got sleepy so we came home. He's a cheap date. I need to find a new one. :hehe:
