Yes, that stuffed chicken sounds marvelous Carla!

We had pork tenderloin last night with rice/onions/green pepper - it was food.

Tonight I don't know, I could take out some ground turkey and make meatballs and have spaghetti - but I don't normally make meatballs - probably because I don't like them that much.

I am still at my office. I just ate carrots and celery and then a mini Almond Joy. I'm going to go to the gym next and take advantage of being home alone. Not sure what actual dinner will be. I wonder if hubby left meatloaf for me .... hmmmm that would be good :)

Joe ended up having an unexpected late meeting at work which meant that he would miss the commuter bus link for the last bus from downtown, so I had to drive to the closest subway station to pick him up. I was going to suggest we stop somewhere on the way home for dinner but he was so tired that we just drove home and I made tomato, red pepper and cheese omelettes instead.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

There was one piece of meatloaf left, so YAY HUBBY thanks for leaving it :) Except that hubby called me gloating about having had CT pizza for dinner, one of my most favorite things in the world. So BOO HUBBY!

Awww you are sweet :) We really will need to get together when I make it down there sometime. I am a Pepe's or the Spot girl, but honestly, there are some places in W. Haven and Hamden I like too. I just think pizza from nearly anywhere in CT is the best!!!
