Oh I tried the flakes and fiber weetabix today - love that!

Oh yummy! Where'd you find it?! :o I've only ever seen it at the Fresh Market in Altamonte Springs.

I think my Husband got it at publix! Just asking him in chat but he hasnt replied yet.

ok, omelettes tonight - ham, yellow squash, red pepper, green pepper, celery, cheese and spices - nice and easy and satisfying. Joe also got the left over corn bread - he's a happy camper.

you could also brush them with mustard... I ahve done that before and it is yummy

I like to put a bit of milk in with the egg too, and then mix insome parmesean cheese, garlic powder and oregano with the breadcrumbs. Just adds a bit of flavour.

I had baked whitefish, broccoli, cawliflower and brussell sprouts... I'm trying to eat healthy, can you tell, haha.

I made the Taco Stew that MissStacey had posted here last week with a pan of cheese cornbread. Very yummy. Sent that to work with Gene today, so I'm thinking perhaps Tilapia tonight with a salad, and hmm, I don't know what else.

My mum does the following - dredge in flour first, then dip in egg mixture, lastly breadcrumbs and fry! Your fingers will be coated in yuck, but that's all!

Thanks for the chicken tips guys, I did the egg/milk dip thing and then in the breadcrumbs added oregano, paprika and garlic powder and hubby loved them! I'm new to this whole meat cooking thing, as I've been vegetarian for 15 years now. But my husband said I'm doing great!
