Thai again. Poor hubby is sick of Thai, but we get free meals there in return for work he did and since money is super tight right now, we need to take advantage and only eat out there.

I know I'm not getting shrimp just in case of an allergic reaction.

Of course, that is what I am craving. Darn!!!

Probably will get tom kha soup and maybe beef with ginger.

Oh yeah! Go the quesidillas route!! We went out for Mexican tonight, it was delicious. True authentic Mexican, and the homemade guacamole was to die for. Not to mention the pomegranate margarita.... I had chalupas and an enchilada mmmm.... they gave you chips and salsa too to start.

Ohmygod, I am SOOOO stuffed! We went to a surprise 30th birthday party for a friend today. Nice buffet of food ... cheese, salami, pepperoni, pad Thai and fried rice (the friend and his wife own the Thai restaurant and his wife brought the food), tacos and burritos (his brother owns a Mexican restaurant), deviled eggs, sweet and sour meatballs, veggies and dip, salad. Then, after hanging out for the day, we went to the Thai restaurant where they made some items not on the menu (crispy pork belly, sauteed pork belly and chinese broccoli, a special kind of marinated beef, extremely spicy soup, papaya salad). I was full but couldn't stop eating because it was so good.

Last night we went to my favourite restaurant..... Sushi Katana. I had the seaweed salad, shumai (shrimp dumpling), and the salmon sashimi. Yummers. :luv:

Not sure what we're having this evening. I'm on a countdown for cleaning out my fridge. At the moment I'm thinking roast chicken dinner.

We ended up having the lasagna I had frozen (that we ordered from pizza hut) - it was pretty good. I didn't have much as while we were waiting for that to thaw/cook I ate a big salad with apple, I love apples in salad.

Pork chops tonight I think as those are in the fridge rather than freezer, should cook some and freeze the rest.
