You could also throw in a package of brown gravy mix dissolved in hot water and have a chicken fricassee.

I'm going to make pizza (using krikit's amazing pizza dough recipe again) Just some italian snausage, green pepper, onion and pineapple.

Oh and I will throw this out there for anyone looking for a decent and easy sweet and sour sauce recipe, I used this the other night:

1/4 cup juice from the canned pineapple

1/4 cup white vinegar

1/4 cup ketchup

4-5 tablespoons brown sugar

I say snausage.

Well, I have decided. We shall have Ma Po Tofu. I have some ground pork in the freezer but the recipe only calls for 4 oz so I shall use the rest in a meatloaf the following day. (Since you guys made me have meatloaf on the brain. :hehe: )

But it should be good even without the sauce, but I suppose just the mention of it has put you off now.

Too bad you had that run in with the peanut butter. :hehe:

I have a chicken fricassee crock pot recipe that I love. I make it often.

4-6 chicken breasts

1 package Pioneer Brown gravy mix dissolved in 2 cups hot water (or 2 packs McKormicks is you can't find Pioneer)

1 can Campbells chicken and mushroom soup

2 to 3 TBSP Kitchen Bouquet (Kitchen Bouquet is a bottle of dark liquid that darkens and adds more flavor to gravy)

Seasonings- I like Tony C's creole seasoning, Mrs Dash, whatever you got is fine

Salt, pepper

Mix it all together and add to the crock pot- I find cooking low for about 5 hours is perfect. The chicken is awesome- I love how it just falls apart.

Serve with rice or mash potatoes, some veggies and you got some good eats.
